PRODUCT INFO
Our Hairpin Legs/other items are available in a multitude of sizes and finishes. They are supplied with self tapping screws (where appropriate) so that no pre-drilling is required.
Our Hairpin Legs are maintenance free with the exception of the Raw Steel finish which will rust/oxidise over time in accordance with the humidity of your home environment. This is not a design flaw and is to be expected of the Raw Steel finish only. To maintain the Raw Steel legs (if you don't wish for them to oxidise) simply wipe them down periodically using a light scourer and some WD40.
Rubber floor protectors are available seperately to protect delicate flooring from your metal Hairpin Legs if required.
SHIPPING INFO
All of our orders are shipped using a courier service on either a 48hr or 72hr delivery service dependant upon courier availability. Our courier may attempt to contact you via text or email prior to attempting delivery. If you are not available when our courier attempts delivery they may leave a card or ask you to call them to arrange re-delivery. Most courier services will attempt to deliver an item 2-3 times before returning the item to the sender. If an item is returned to us we reserve the right to charge for re-attempting delivery to you. Please note: you may be required to sign for delivery of your item and in some cases this will need to be an adult over 18 years of age.
Occasionally unexpected delays to your expected delivery time may occur due to unexpected circumstances such as bad weather, peak periods etc.
Please note: once your order has left us into the care of the courier company any unexpected delays are entirely out of our hands and any delivery queries should be directed to the courier company with whom your purchase has been shipped.
