Our rustic, industrial chunky wooden shelves are handcrafted in the Lake District to be a sturdy and full of character addition to any home.
Our Fired Wood Shelving is finished using the art of Charred Wood which involves subjecting each piece of timber to fire to create a finish that cannot be replicated in any other manner. This process brings out the grain in the timber and truly makes for a wonderfully unique finish. Once the process of Charred Wood is completed each piece of timber is treated with 2 coats of Natural Danish Oil which seals and protects the wood whilst adding a water resistant coating.
Each shelf is approx 15cm wide and will hold approximately 25kg when installed on a solid wall using the correct wall fixings.
We offer a choice of brackets where shelving is ordered with brackets. Choose from Bend Up (Image 2), Bend Down (Image 3) or Floating Effect (Image 4).
Please choose the level of Firing (Charring) that you require using the drop down boxes. Lightly Fired (Image 1), Medium Fired (Image 2), Heavily Fired (Image 3).
